BAEK MI DANG’s  menu.



Baek mi dang has all kinds of menu. For example, there are all types of coffees, ice- creams, ice cream slushes ,soft shakes,  beverages, organic milk and bakeries.





Baek Mi Dang is popular for milk ice cream.Not only baek mi dang is in korea, it is in all over the world. 


Natural resources that Baek mi dang uses are milk for the ice cream. Also, they use a lot of fresh fruits to put on the seasonal menus. They also use soybeans to make their soft soybean ice cream.


They use human resources too. Baek Mi Dang hires people to be in charge of owning the shops. They also hire people to make the ice cream, wait customers , clean the store, and to wash the dishes.


They need capital resources. Baek mi dang needs Ice-cream making machines. The shop also has to pay for rent, fridges, cups, tables, chairs, and  food transportation. That is some of the many resources an Ice cream store must have to own properly!


Review of Baek Dang

On Sunday, our family went to Baek Mi dang. We had our choices ready. I was planning to buy soybean ice cream( which turned out to be delicious) and my little sister preferred strawberry ice cream. My mom bought an ice cream latte, and my dad bought a banana shake. I tried soybean ice cream, strawberry ice cream, and a banana shake. I actually liked the banana shake even though I do not like bananas. I also saw the owner making the strawberry ice cream, but it was vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries. So, the best part was, I got to eat ice cream!!!
