7-Eleven first opened in Hong Kong in 1981 when it was a British colony. 7-Eleven is a big company that competes with many other stores such as Gs-25 and Cu . The first 7-Eleven in Korea opened in 1989 in songpa-gu. Later, in January 2010, Lotte Group Acquired  the convenience store chain and made a lot of stores all over the world.(there are 9,426 7-Eleven.)

Seven Eleven operates mostly in North America and Asia. Seven Eleven helps us very much because it first helps us buy some snacks for small children and sells water for people to drink. Seven Eleven also produces some small treats such as Haribo and gum.

We need only a few human resources because first, the store is very tiny compared to some stores like E-mart and second, we only need a worker to make sure nobody steals items and treats. Also, we only need workers to help the consumers. The human capital that the workers need is great kindness to the consumers and also pretty good math skills because they basically need to add up all of the money that the consumer needs to pay. The capital resource that Seven Eleven needs is lots of snacks and drinks. They also need some ice-cream-machine and the biggest capital resource they need is the whole Seven Eleven.

The average salary that the Seven Eleven workers are paid each hour is about 12.5$. If we count this, each year, they get like 26805$ each year. Joseph Depinto is the president and CEO. He's an extremely important person in the business. The founder of Seven Eleven is Joe Thompson.
