   When you think of local businesses,what do you think of?You usually think of Daiso,CU,E-Mart and other popular stores.But,we will tell you about a fairly popular restaurant in Songpa called Bangiock restaurant.   

                     

Menu                       

                          The signature menus are pork belly and beef rib.

                           Under here are a description of the menus.


 Pork belly  

The meat is cooked in a special way.The meat is sous vide meat.Sous vide is a technique that vacuum-packs ingredients, puts them in a water tank that maintains a constant temperature, and cooks them at low temperatures for a long time.Above is a image of sous vide meat.Please compare it to the plain grilled meat also above.



So,the meat is very easy to eat,and the pork belly is a highly recommended dish.




                                                             Beef Ribs


Beef Ribs look ordinary on the outside,but actually, they aren’t. They are so delicious that they seem to melt in your mouth. When you eat them, they are crispy and on the inside, they are soft and tender. If you eat them with asparagus,they become more delicious, which you wouldn’t think was possible.Beef Ribs are truly food from paradise.

      The capital resources Bangiok restaurant uses to succeed are things such as a stove,microwave,etc.They also use scissors to cut food.They can also use trucks to deliver food to people who want to eat this restaurant’s food.There should also be tables and chairs so that customers can eat conveniently(most important).Obviously, there should be a building so that the restaurant can be there.

The human resources in Bangiock are waiters, chefs,a manager,and a parking manager. Waiters take your order and serve you quickly. They heat up the food given to you for you.The chef spices the meat and heats up your meat lightly,and also cooks up other kinds of food. Managers plan, organize, direct, and control resources to achieve specific goals.In this case,they plan how to cook the meat,how many employees are needed,and much,much more.Finally, a parking manager takes care of cars.They drive the car to a parking lot,and takes care of it there.






                                                                                                                                                                                               

  Natural Resources

The natural resource is meat.The meat first comes from cows in a faraway farm.The owner kills  the cow and vacuumed-packed it,and sends it to an airport.Then,a plane takes it and flies it to another country.Then a bus takes it from here,and drives the meat to a market.The market buys it then sells it to the restaurant for a higher price.(That’s how a market makes a profit,but that’s another story.)Lastly,the meat is sold to a customer at a higher price than they bought from the market.
